6am, 7am, 12:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
NOTE: Tuesday 6:30pm class is Gymnastics specific class and Thursday 6:30pm class is Weightlifting specific class.
Friday:
6am, 7am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm, 5pm
Saturday:
7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am (during peak months)
Sunday:
8am
Open Gym:
Tuesday to Thursday: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Friday: 5pm – 6pm
We also offer open gym classes to certain members who have specific training regime, or would like to compliment their additional class training. Reach out to us directly and we can discuss further.
All CrossFit classes run for approximately 1 hour, involving mobility, warm up exercises, strength training, gymnastics/Olympic Weightlifting, a Metcon/WOD and time for a cool down.
While trainers will generally be available to chat outside the hours of the CrossFit classes, they may be running private sessions, so if you would like to come down and have a look or get some more information, it’s best to come down just before one of the scheduled CrossFit classes or head to our Contact Us page to get in touch.
